NEW DELHI 28|09 (SDM): The U.S. Secretary of State, Wendy Sherman, will visit India on October 6 for bilateral meetings and civil society programs. He is also going to attend the India Idea Conference organized by the US-India Business Council.
Ms. Sherman, the second-highest-ranking U.S. diplomat, is scheduled to travel to Mumbai on October 7, where she is scheduled to meet with businessmen and civil society. His visit comes a few days after Prime Minister Modi’s visit to the United States.
